Over the course of Cork and Co’s history we have had the great fortune of forging relationships with incredible winemakers.
This folio is a testament to that as is Friends With Benefits.
A collection of wines made with the winemakers we most admire and are fortunate to call friends. The wines speak to an opportunity with the winemaker, our market and our interests.

Some of the projects are conventionally styled and work to fulfill a necessity within this portfolio. While others are more avantgarde, curios and one offs, sometimes even collaborations. In all scenarios the wines are expected to be a joy to drink.

NV FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS METHOD TRADITIONAL - ADELAIDE HILLS SA- CHARDONNAY / PINOT NOIR

The NV Friends with Benefits Method Traditional from Adelaide Hills is a refined sparkling wine blending Chardonnay’s finesse with Pinot Noir’s vibrancy. Bright citrus and green apple lead on the palate, complemented by hints of wild strawberries, brioche, and toasted almonds from extended lees aging. With a creamy texture, fine bubbles, and a long, crisp finish, it’s perfect for celebrations or pairing with oysters, smoked salmon, or creamy cheeses.

2020 FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS PET NAT - ADELAIDE HILLS SA - COL FONDO PINOT NOIR

A lively and rustic sparkling wine, the 2020 Friends with Benefits Pet Nat showcases the playful side of Pinot Noir with its natural, unfiltered charm. Vibrant red berry notes of wild strawberry and raspberry mingle with hints of orange zest, dried herbs, and a subtle yeasty funk from the Col Fondo method. On the palate, it’s light and zippy, with refreshing acidity, fine bubbles, and a slightly cloudy appearance that adds to its raw, authentic character. Perfect for relaxed gatherings, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, light pasta dishes, or fresh summer salads.

2019 FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS ROSE - RIVERLAND SA - PINOT GRIS / NERO D’AVOLA

The 2019 Friends with Benefits Rosé is a refreshing and vibrant wine with a unique blend of Pinot Gris and Nero d’Avola. Pale salmon in color, it greets you with aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon, and delicate rose petals, accented by a hint of citrus zest. The palate is crisp and lively, offering flavors of red berries, blood orange, and a subtle savory edge, thanks to the Nero d’Avola. With its balanced acidity and dry, clean finish, this rosé is an ideal companion for alfresco dining, pairing effortlessly with grilled seafood, light pasta, or Mediterranean salads.

2023 POLY PINOT NOIR - ADELAIDE HILLS SA

The 2023 Poly Pinot Noir is a refined and elegant expression of cool-climate Adelaide Hills fruit. Its bright ruby hue introduces a bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate floral notes of violet, layered with hints of earthy spice and a touch of oak. 2023 SYLVI SHIRAZ - BAROSSA VALLEY SA

The 2023 Sylvi Shiraz is a bold and expressive wine, showcasing the richness and intensity for which the Barossa Valley is renowned. Deep crimson in color, it exudes aromas of blackberries, plum, and ripe cherries, intertwined with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and warm spices.
